We are Licensed Cadastral Surveyors. It is the highest surveying qualification in New Zealand, and it sits behind every dataset we deliver.
Our surveyors bring 20 years of experience capturing topographical data the traditional way: boots on site, total station, one point at a time. LiDAR didn't replace that knowledge. It's the same rigour applied through a different medium.
We work in offices alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, planners and land developers, and deliver data into their workflows every week. We know exactly what the end user needs from the data, because we're usually sitting next to them.
Accuracy isn't a spec-sheet claim. We run conventional on-ground check surveys, so the accuracy achieved is measured, verified and reported.
And because land development is where we come from, development consultancy is available: subdivision, civil and planning advice from people who've run projects from consent to title.
